We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours with reasonable notice.

We cannot guarantee specific guides for your tour unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.
Tours have maximum capacity limitations for quality and safety reasons.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour: full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: no refund.
In case of tour cancellation by us, you will be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on zenasye.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of zenasye.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content from our website without our express written permission. Photography taken during tours is for personal use only and may not be used commercially without our consent.

6. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Personal injury or accidents occurring during tours.
Loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.
